Music Video Permission

On Friday May 5th, John Tendy of Tendymedia productions will be filming at the Yeshiva of South Shore to get some footage of kids enjoying Shabbos. This will be used for a Music Video from Rock Mishpacha for either the Shabbos Melachos song, or the "Getting ready for Shabbos" song. We'll have kids sitting at a Shabbos table, playing in the playground, or even Davening in the Shul. If you would like to allow your son(s) to be filmed, please fill out the form below. If you want your son to be in the video, you must fill out the form below and send your son with Shabbos clothing to change into. Thank you!
