The sports counselors, together with the rabbeim below, help the boys develop proper techniques and fundamentals. We start by talking through the skill we’re working on, then we practice it together, and then we play.

Counselors come from 6th, 7th and 8th grade in YOSS. They’re trained, they’re paid, and they take the job seriously.
